About ERC 1973

What is ERC 1973?

ERC 1973 is a proposed standard that allows distribution of tokens rewards to participants in a network through a pull system, thus allowing complete decentralization of the underlying application. Token rewards are brought into the economy by any active participant and is dependent on the number of participants in the network. At the beginning, when the network has low volume, the tokens rewards per participant is high but as the network scales the token rewards decreases dynamically.

Why ERC 1973?

ERC 1973 allows applications to create sustainable crypto economic environments without centralization concerns. Building a robust incentive structure and being able to distribute the rewards are a key component in building decentralized applications. Developers will be able to build incentive mechanisms into their application and deliver them in a scalable manner to users with ERC 1973.
